Black Adam, according to Dwayne Johnson, is currently the most powerful superhero in movies.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson raised some eyebrows in July at San Diego Comic-Con when he declared that the DC Extended Universe would enter "a new era" with his much anticipated superhero debut in Black Adam.

Naturally, queries like, "What did he mean?" arose. The other characters in the DCEU, such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, the rest of the Justice League, the Suicide Squad, Shazam, and so on, would also be affected by that kind of reset.

Johnson, though, corrected that statement in a recent interview with Yahoo Entertainment as Black Adam approached theaters (watch above).

The chance to grow the DC Universe and what we have with Black Adam, which I think is extremely cool, just as a fan, is that we introduce the world to five new superheroes," Johnson explains. (The Justice Society consists of Aldis Hodge's Hawkman, Noah Centineo's Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell's Cyclone, and Pierce Brosnan's Doctor Fate.) A solitary anti-hero. Black Adam, the DJ, would be that.

What an opportunity, too. The Justice League was followed by the Justice Society. Moreover, there still is chance to broaden the universe, and all these people interact in my head. You can see that in Black Adam we acknowledge everyone, including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and the Flash. Apparently, there are several Easter eggs there. That is what I meant when I said the reset. Perhaps "resetting" wasn't the best term. It's expanding.

Only one of the supes mentioned, however, can lay claim to being the most potent. And Johnson asserts that Teth-Adam, a 5,000-year-old Kahndaqi warrior also known as, is the most potent superhero in any universe, whether it be DC, Marvel, or another.

Definitely, Johnson responds. By the way, we made the movie, so it's not hyperbole. And we granted him this authority level. He possesses skills equivalent to Superman's. But he has an attitude, which makes a difference. Additionally, there is an issue if you attempt to harm him or his people. He turns into your greatest threat. Therefore, I do think Black The fiercest and most irresistible force on this planet is Adam.
